Fresh & Ready Foods recalled selected Spicy Breakfast Burritos after two customer complaints reported sausage in products labelled vegetarian. The company stated that the inadvertent inclusion of sausage resulted in undeclared soy, a major food allergen. The affected products were produced at the Charlotte facility between July 9 and July 12, 2026.[1]

The public notice reports no illnesses or allergic reactions at the time of publication. This advisory does not infer why the inclusion occurred. It focuses on the release boundary that the recall makes visible.
