Keep the product and market together

The official record concerns this product, date marking and distribution scope. It does not identify the production or translation step that caused the omission. A finding about formulation changes or supplier fault would need further evidence.

For a comparable import launch, the pack entering the destination market is the relevant review object. A reference image from another market can leave local additions or a different label version out of the approval record.

Use the next receipt as a verification point

Have the importer and QA reviewer compare a physical received pack with the approved destination-market artwork and the product's allergen information. Keep the date marking or lot reference beside the review so it is clear which stock the approval covers.

That gives the commercial team a specific pack version to clear before sale. The FSANZ notice itself is not evidence that other Nissin products or other markets have the same issue.
